  • Project S.N.I.P (Spay Neuter Intervention Program)

    The Potsdam Humane Society offers a low-cost spay/neuter program called Project SNIP. This program is an affordable option for individuals and families of lower income levels.

    AT THIS TIME, POTSDAM HUMANE IS ONLY ABLE TO SPAY & NEUTER CATS
