SPECIAL BOARD MEETING JUNE 27, 2013

 

Present: Bonnie, Ruth, Linda, Carrie, Suzanne, Irene, Lucille, Rob, Jackie, Karen, Tony

 

Meeting opened at 4:20pm

 

Motion to move to executive session by Ruth seconded by Tony.

 

Suzanne left 4:45 Ruth left at 5:00

 

Lucille motioned to come out of Executive Session seconded by Linda at 5:15pm

 

Carrie motioned to offer Alysia Maynard Executive Director position contingent upon successful completion of 3 month and 6 month probationary period at salary of $26,000 Tony seconded. Motion carried.

 

Motion to adjourn Rob, seconded by Tony. Meeting adjourned at 5:21pm
