Operations
Dog’s Best Friend made a donation of $815.80 for the month of October.
PHS transferred two cats to the Windham County Humane Society in Vermont. One of the cats was adopted in just 4 days. The other cat transferred was Simon James, who has been at PHS in and out since October 2013. He was adopted a week later at their facility by a gentleman named James Simon. The WCHS was really happy with the transfer and will be working with us in the near future by transferring more cats to their facility.
Regina has started her internship for the Vet Services Management program through SUNY Canton. It will carry on through next semester. She is splitting her internship between PHS and the Massena Humane Society.
Public Outreach
PHS is hosting our last Rabies & Microchip Clinic of the year on Wednesday Nov 18th from 9am-12noon. Vaccinations are $15 and Microchips are $25.

Town Contracts

Fundraising
FOPHS is hosting their Ornament Sale and are looking for volunteers to help with the creation of the ornaments.
The SLC Arts Council Art for Animals has raised about $300 for the shelter from the show. Pieces are still on sale on their website. PHS receives 70% of the proceeds. They will be hosting another show for PHS in December 2016.
Since the Oktoberfest event until present time, PHS has raised $7,300 between commission and tips from the Centerplate events.
I am working on the Holiday cards and they will be ready to be sent out next week.
