General Operations: In my absence the staff did a nice job of “holding the fort” , packing and cleaning for our move.
A trailer has been secured from Randy LaValle in order to hold the new kennel partitions & doors prior to installation. We are also using the trailer to store equipment while the renovations are made in the intake/medical wing.
If all goes as planned, we will be setting up our temporary shelter in the new wing sometime around the week of March 21st. In order to reduce confusion and expedite the move we may close to the public for 1-2 days during the transition.
SUNY Canton; Our spring semester partnership with SUNY Canton for spay/neuter is underway. All is going well but we can still use assistance with transportation. Interested parties need a van or larger SUV and a little free time on Monday mornings.
