August 17, 2010 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
Members present: Irene Hargrave, Helen Hollinger, Jane Amelotte, Anne Smith
Irene presented copies of the Budget VS. Actuals Report as of July 31, 2010 as a guide to formulate budget figures for 2011. Anne will be sending Irene anticipated contract amounts for townships for the 2011 calendar year. Committee members will use the last two years as a average to arrive at budget amounts, and take into consideration adjustments due to new facility, mortgage payments, employee salaries, etc.
Committee discussed Petty Cash Fund (Shelter account) bookkeeping issues.
