Paws and Reflect: Pet Yoga

The Potsdam Humane Society is hosting Pet Yoga! Enjoy mindfulness and movement while the PHS residents roam the room, offering comfort, smiles…. and zoomies! Instructed by Lisa Bradrick, RYT.

Please follow the link to apply for a spot. Spots are limited on a first come first serve basis. Each spot is $25. Please be prepared with a yoga mat and water, and whatever else you may feel you need.
