PHS Board Meeting 6/19/12
Members present: Amber, Bonnie, Irene, Ruth, Jackie, Linda, Kay, Rob, Tony, Carrie, Helen, Lucille, Anne, and guest Nina Nuwer
Meeting started 5:31PM
Director’s Report: Anne dealing with personnel, posting applications for cleaners. Has proposal from NCC Systems for security system. The Operations manual she has been working on is nearly complete and she will give chapters to Rob to put on website. NYSERDA Energy Audit is complete and given to Carrie to check over. Clifton has paid their town fee, Madrid and Hermon are considering adding our services.
Minutes: Tony motioned to approve May minutes, Rob seconded. Minutes were approved.

Helen reported that the Memorial list is on line.

Operations Committee report by Jackie on website.
Fundraising committee: Bonnie reported that BlueGrass Festival this weekend need additional volunteers, also need volunteers for July 14 Potsdam Summer festival (Ruth, Kay & Jackie volunteered). Jackie reported on Pars for Paws Aug. 31.
Carrie volunteered to assist in writing new beg letter to get out soon, Irene and Kay said they would volunteer too. She also suggested an annual report for 2011. Will do 2012 in early 2013.
Tony motioned to adjourn, Linda seconded. Meeting adjourned 6:24PM.
