Project S.N.I.P (Spay Neuter Intervention Program)

The Potsdam Humane Society offers a low-cost spay/neuter program called Project SNIP. This program is an affordable option for individuals and families of lower income levels. Project SNIP  sterilizes 400+ animals per year, at low cost, throughout the county.

PHS also aids those with Barn and Feral cat colonies who are interested in TNR (Trap Neuter Release), where feral cats are trapped, spayed/neutered, given a Rabies vaccination, and returned to their home.

To apply for a low-cost spay/neuter through Project SNIP, please print the application below, fill it out completely, then return or mail it to:
